1. Agreement to These Terms

2. About TweakMart

TweakMart provides access to technology products and related services, including technology purchasing, product sourcing, bulk orders, quotations and technical support.

3. Using TweakMart

You must use TweakMart in accordance with applicable law and provide accurate information when completing transactions, submitting enquiries or requesting services.

4. Products & Information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and availability accurately. Product appearance, packaging, specifications or manufacturer information may change, and display colours may vary depending on the device being used.

Where a particular specification is essential to your purchase, you should review the information available for that product or contact us before ordering.

Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted or fulfilled. An order may remain subject to payment confirmation, availability, verification and other reasonable processing requirements.

We may contact you where additional information is reasonably required to process an order.

Prices displayed on TweakMart are shown in the currency indicated on the website and may change from time to time.

Promotional or deal pricing may apply only during the stated promotional period and while applicable conditions are satisfied.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. An order should not be treated as paid solely because a browser or payment page reports success; payment remains subject to confirmation through our payment-processing systems.

7. Availability

Products and offers are subject to availability. Stock levels can change while customers are shopping or while a transaction is being processed.

Where we cannot fulfil an order as expected, we may contact you to discuss available options in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Delivery availability and timing may depend on product availability, destination, shipment size, logistics coverage and other circumstances.

We may use third-party logistics providers to fulfil deliveries. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligibility for a return, refund, replacement or cancellation depends on the circumstances of the transaction, the type and condition of the product, applicable manufacturer or supplier requirements and applicable law.

10. Product Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer, supplier and applicable warranty terms. TweakMart does not represent that every product carries the same warranty period or coverage.

11. Quotes & Business Orders

Quotations and bulk-order proposals may contain specific pricing, availability, validity periods, delivery arrangements or other terms applicable to that transaction.

Where transaction-specific terms are included in a quotation or agreement, those terms apply to the relevant transaction together with these Terms.

12. Technical Support

Technical support requests may require assessment before scope, scheduling, pricing or availability can be confirmed.

Submitting a support request does not by itself guarantee a particular response time, resolution time or service outcome unless separately agreed.

13. Accounts

Where TweakMart provides account functionality, you are responsible for providing accurate account information and taking reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse TweakMart, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, submit fraudulent transactions or use our systems for unlawful purposes.

15. Intellectual Property

TweakMart's website, branding, interface, proprietary content, software and other materials owned by CloudTweak Technologies Limited are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Third-party product names, trademarks, images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Third-Party Services

TweakMart may integrate with payment, logistics, infrastructure or other third-party services. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TweakMart and CloudTweak Technologies Limited are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, unauthorized misuse of the platform by a user, or third-party services outside our control.

18. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of TweakMart and for information and instructions you provide to us. You must not use our services in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to TweakMart, our business practices or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
